Fishermen's Village is a quaint collection of shops, boutiques, restaurants and condos situated on the banks of the Peace River at the picturesque entrance to Charlotte Harbor. The Village Racquet Club offers clay court tennis as well as pool activities adjacent to Fishermen's Village. The Racquet Club is accessible by car, boat, bicycle, or foot from Historic Downtown Punta Gorda or luxurious Punta Gorda Isles. Our weekly calendar provides both friendly, social tennis and competitive league matches combined with various annual parties and events. Courts are open for play. Night watering will start at 10:30 pm. First morning players will brush and line their court due to the courts being watered the night before. Hopefully, everyone will see that all courts get brushed. Afternoon, courts are closed from 2pm to 3:30 pm for watering. 3:30 pm players will brush and line their court. Thank you.. Weekly maintenance by contractor will begin on Saturday and will not interfere with any court play.
